Rollock: EUR 1.3 million investment round

Oehlandt & Co acted as the financial adviser to Rollock in a EUR 1.3 million investment round.

Rollock develops smart locks that can be opened with a mobile phone. Rollock needed growth financing, and in the financing round private persons, which contribute not only financing but also their expertise in various sectors together with their contact network, were chosen as investors to support the original entrepreneur to develop and grow Rollock further.
